This site is a tribute to Nayan Patel, a well loved and respected optometrist, husband, son, brother and friend. He was diagnosed with motor neurone disease in 2017 and sadly passed away on January 13, 2021. Despite his diagnosis, he lived his life to the fullest, building many fond memories along the way. He is much loved and will always be remembered.

The money raised from this page will go towards the Motor Neurone Disease Association (MNDA). A charity which will support those with the condition and also towards research into a cure.
